Life Insurance for Peralta Retirees is provided by Hartford Life at 1.5 times annual rate of basic earnings to a maximum benefit of $100,000*. All amounts are guarantee issued (earnings means the earnings in effect for the retiree on the retiree’s last day of work as an active employee prior to retirement). Base annual earnings include commissions averaged over a 12 month period.

Coverage for retirees WILL TERMINATE AT AGE 66.
